Understanding PTSD Genetics: A groundbreaking study has identified 95 genetic locations associated with the risk of developing Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Led by researchers from the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium (PGC) in collaboration with Cohen Veterans Bioscience, the study is the largest and most diverse of its kind, involving data from over 1.2 million individuals.
